FREE RECORDED DELIVERY
We provide a free recorded delivery on all orders. Orders placed before 5.00pm are usually dispatched on the next working day through our delivery partners in the UK and overseas. All customers will receive a tracking number for the delivery.
For international (non-UK) customers: if you are required to pay for VAT and custom clearance fee in order to receive the parcel from us, we will reimburse (refund) you based on the invoice you received from the customs in your country. Prior to ordering the product(s), please make sure that your country is listed below.

How long does a delivery take after we dispatched the order?
UK & CHANNEL ISLANDS: 1 to 3 working days (1st Class)
USA & REST OF THE WORLD: 5 to 15 working days or longer depending on the custom clearance process in the destination country.
EUROPE (non EU countries): 3 to 7 working days or longer depending on the custom clearance process in the destination country.
EUROPE (EU countries): due to the current restrictions (customs at the destination country), please expect delays.
We offer customers a refund if they are not happy with their order. Fill in this return form within 14 days of receiving the product(s) and we will respond it within 3 working days. We will issue a refund within ten (10) working days.
